This course is designed for those who wish to develop a critical understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry. Whether you are looking for further knowledge to support the experience you have already gained, or you are keen to develop a greater awareness before beginning a career in tourism and hospitality, this course will give you a greater insight into management within the industry.

This course examines the issues and concepts of tourism in an international context and explores the structure of the tourism and hospitality management industries.

An honours degree (normally at least 2:2 or above) in an appropriate discipline. An IELTS score of 6.5 or TOEFL score of 580 (237 CBT) is required for those whose first language is not English.
