Established in 1969, The Open University is the UK's largest university dedicated to distance learning. The university uses You Tube, OU View and mobile learning technologies to assist with learning. What is so different about this university is that students work in their own time and can gain support through e-tutorials, message rooms and by staff at regional centres.

Facilities

Due to the methods of teaching, student facilities here are not like what you would expect at other universities. Students have access to both electronic library resources and a library on campus.
