University Information

University College Falmouth is a forward-thinking specialist arts college that has an international reputation for excellence in art, design, media and performance. In 2008, University College Falmouth merged with Darlington College of Arts, creating a new era for arts education in the South West. There are three campuses: Woodlane in Falmouth, Tremough in Penryn and the Darlington Campus.

Accommodation

All accommodation is self-catering and weekly costs are between £70 to £105 a week.

Facilities

The learning resource centres contain an extensive range of specialist resources. Other facilities include a The Design Centre, Fashion Studio, Fine Art Studio and The Media Centre. The newest addition to Falmouth's facilities is the state-of-the-art Photography Centre.

Sports Facilities

Exeter and Falmouth students share sporting and leisure facilities. By 2010, proposed development of improved sports facilities should be completed.

The transport links are good with access to road, rail and even by air.

Falmouth has become the hub of Cornwall's booming creative scene with new business, shops and galleries opening up all the time. Falmouth offers characterful old pubs to a range of stylish bars and nightclubs.
