The new £4-million Cyncoed and Llandaff Learning Centres offer students the latest in learning facilities and support. Future investments are being made for a new school of management building and a food industry centre.
Sports facilities are especially good and The Cardiff School of Sport is a recognised centre of excellence in the UK. The Cynoced campus offers students with some of the best sports facilities in the UK.
There is free student transport between the four campuses, the city centre and student housing. Cardiff boasts good transport links.
The Students' Union has three bars and owns a club and bar in the city centre. Cardiff offers excellent facilities and in addition to shops, pubs and clubs, it has 3000 acres of park and the biggest undercover sports stadium in Europe- the Millenium Stadium. Cardiff Bay, the city's waterfront quarter offers a nice choice of eateries and the Atlantic leisure complex houses a cinema and bowling alley.
All four campuses offer a vibrant scene and first class facilities. UWIC are continually praised for is staff and high level of satisfaction among students.
